Account Analysis Statements
You'll receive a detailed statement of the services you've used - including volumes, balances required and service charge calculations - on a monthly schedule that will give you a tool to monitor target balances and charges.

Cash Ordering Services
Associated Bank provides secure processing and verification of coin and currency.

Associated’s coin and currency operations assist in maintaining appropriate cash inventory, thus reducing the risk and costs of holding excess cash in your vaults. Ordering options are available using the automated voice ordering system or online via eManager+ Business Online Banking.

Associated’s Online Cash Ordering system allows you to:

• View or change your orders after you have placed them
• Edit or cancel the order, print and reprint confirmation order reports
• Manage orders and standing orders for multiple locations from the same login
• Create, update or cancel your recurring standing orders with flexible or ad-hoc scheduling

Associated’s Automated Cash Ordering system is a secure and easy automated voice response unit (VRU) that leads you through a series of prompts for accurate ordering and order confirmation. Using the VRU you can order currency and coin in specific denominations. And, order 24 hours a day and up to 14 days in advance of your scheduled delivery day.

Zero Balance Accounts
Several operating accounts can be set up as "subsidiaries" to a master account and managed to provide a targeted balance of zero at the end of each business day. Any excess balances in the subsidiary accounts are transferred to the master account on a daily basis. The accounts can also be disbursement-only so the master account funds them on an "as needed basis".
